Zoetis, Inc
Zoetis is a global animal health company dedicated to supporting customers and their businesses in ever better ways. Building on more than 65 years of experience, we deliver quality medicines, vaccines and diagnostic products, complemented by biodevices, genetic tests and precision livestock farming. We are working every day to better understand and address the real-world challenges faced by those who raise and care for animals in ways they find truly relevant.
Our name, Zoetis, has its root in zo, familiar in words such as zoo and zoology and derived from zoetic, meaning “pertaining to life.” It signals our company’s dedication to supporting the veterinarians and livestock producers everywhere who raise and care for the farm and companion animals on which we all depend.
Zoetis strives to create an atmosphere where colleagues can give their best every day. Colleagues are supported and empowered to balance their work and home lives by providing a flexible work environment that allows our colleagues to grow their careers while maintaining a healthy and happy personal life.
Diversity & Inclusion
Our Colleagues Make the Difference, and we know their differences make Zoetis stronger. We strive to create an environment where each colleague feels valued and cared for. Our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) focus and commitment begins with our leadership team of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ethnicities (50% of our executive team members are women), and it is demonstrated in our support of our colleagues and industry. Our Diversity & Inclusion Council, representing colleagues across locations, functions and communities, serve as ambassadors and champions for D&I initiatives. In addition to the Diversity & Inclusion Council, Zoetis has colleague resource groups, and is working to establish more, to bring together colleagues who share similar backgrounds, experiences, or interests and work together toward goals aligned with our strategic business priorities.
Our Zoetis Core Beliefs are part of the promise that we make to our customers, investors and partners, and to each other as members of One Zoetis team:
