Project Manager, Merchandising Operations & Insights

PURPOSE

Join the Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights team and help amplify the voice of the North America consumer. In this role, you will support the creation of tools, processes, and insights that strengthen the merchandising strategy across all business units. You will help deliver meaningful consumer understanding throughout the go to market process, enabling clear direction and alignment across the merchandising organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage projects by conducting research, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high quality delivery using planning and project management processes.
  • Track project life cycles and prepare regular updates for senior leadership.
  • Perform business and operational analyses to support informed decision making.
  • Source, implement, and analyze consumer insights in partnership with global teams, business development, and external partners.
  • Create compelling storytelling through presentations, research summaries, and communication tools for merchandising leadership.


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES



  • Ability to work cross functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to organize data, analyze information, and develop insights; experience with syndicated data is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • Four year degree or equivalent experience (psychology, data analytics, marketing, or merchandising a plus).
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience.
  • Experience in project management required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
