Description
The Director, Wisconsin Performance is responsible for evaluation, prioritization and leading decision-making regarding performance and improvement by focusing on key business levers: membership (growth and retention), Operating Margin (network costs and utilization), and Operations Performance. This role will drive performance improvements through collaboration with network, pharmacy, clinical programs, risk adjustment, finance, actuarial, and operations, resulting in the most competitive position possible for the segment, while ensuring all key performance metrics are met. This position also organizes efforts to establish membership projections and collaborates on sales and marketing strategy through collaboration with internal and external audiences including marketing, sales, and & brokers. The incumbent manages the day-to-day fundamentals of product performance and keeps matrix partners focused on efforts to support a specific product segment. The person in this position is recognized internally as the go-to person for issues impacting product financial performance and growth. This role provides leaderships vital to the success of Medica's joint venture relationship, demanding a blend of strategic thinking, relationships management, and leadership within a matrix organizational context. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Madison, WI office, on average, 3 days per week. The full salary range for this position is $127,800 - $219,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
