Description
We are seeking a strong, collaborative Digital Product Owner to support the team as we invest in reinventing the Medica digital experience, delivering the best software solutions to serve our member needs. Health care can be overwhelming to many, and we have the opportunity to deliver personalized, valuable interactions to help our members make the best decisions for themselves and their families to ensure they are not just covered, but cared for. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing the authenticated member experience and connected tools. We are seeking someone with a highly analytical and strategic mindset that can effectively translate experiences into higher consumer adoption, engagement, sales and lower cost-to-serve. As a Product Owner, you will be looked at as the subject matter expert for digital experiences that increase member health and well-being. You'll be expected to be not just comfortable with data but possess an aptitude to draw insights and trends. You'll be expected to be on top of the external competitive landscape that is driving consumer digital expectations. Lastly, you'll need to be able to communicate effectively within a large organization to make sure to win the support from various stakeholders and ensure their needs are addressed. Professional Qualifications and Experience
The full salary range for this position is $77,100 - $132,200. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
