Proactively in response to ever-changing environmental and economic shifts — creating strategies to build and acquire multifamily communities that reflect the needs of our customers. Since 2019, we’ve accelerated our investment opportunities with five new investment funds raised.

And by deepening the horizontal breadth of our vertically integrated platform, we've continued to broaden and enhance our expertise and talent.
