STV, Inc.

Commitment to Innovation
STV is an award-winning professional firm consistently ranking among the country's top companies in education, justice, highways, bridges, rail and mass transit sectors. This success is the direct result of our employees' commitment to innovation and quality. Throughout the United States and Canada, STV’s professional, technical and support personnel offer services to a broad and expanding client base.We provide a complete range of planning, engineering, architectural, environmental, and construction management services to transportation, infrastructure, design-build, institutional, commercial, energy, industrial, and military clients. Founded more than 100 years ago, we are quality-driven, client-focused, and have a vision for the future.
100 Years and Counting
The roots of STV can be traced back to 1912 to a single structural engineer who specialized in designing structures and foundations. Now, as our firm has reached the century mark, we are still building on these foundations – embracing our tradition and experience while forging a vision to leave an even larger mark on the future.
To grow into what we are today, it took the drive, vision and enduring impact of numerous firms to form STV’s foundation. Since 1912, STV has strengthened its core by adding other organizations, many of which have deeply embedded roots in their communities that go back to the first half of the 20th century.
Diversity & Inclusion
Our Culture
This is an exciting time for STV, one of change and growth. A growth that is possible by having a diverse and inclusive culture. Our workforce thinks, acts, and looks differently than those of generations past. We commit to bringing together and building on the many strengths of our talented employees, striving for excellence now and in our future. We are fully committed to expanding our culture of diversity and inclusion, one that will reflect the clients we serve and the communities we work in.
Social Responsibility
Leadership. Mentorship. Stewardship.
Our responsibilities as industry leaders go above and beyond the boardroom, office or job site. We also need to give back to the communities we serve – by being good stewards for our industry’s many professional organizations; being mentors and teachers to the next generation of planners, architects, engineers, construction managers and environmental scientists; and dedicating our time and energy to those who are less fortunate.
