Description

The Accounting Specialist-Accounts Receivable: Daily posting of customer payments, processing credit card payments,
ongoing correspondence with customers, collection calls and emails for domestic accounts receivable, monthly
statement processing.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Posting daily cash receipts
* Processing customer statements
* Calling and emailing past due customers for payment
* Processing and recording daily credit card payment receipts
* Responding to customer account inquiries
* Reconciling customer accounts and issuing customer credits
* Generating intercompany pass-through invoices
* Filing, copying, scanning and archiving support for Finance department
* Misc. - Special projects involving finance as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Strong telephone and email skills
* Proficient use of Excel, Word and Outlook
* ERP experience necessary
* Excellent collaborative skills
* Multi-currency experience a plus

Academic Requirements:

* High School Diploma and 3+ years progressive accounts receivable experience
