Job Overview The FP&A Managerwill support the Loading business unit and provide support to the Finance Director. This position will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. The Loading business unit has revenue of >$1.2 billion with multiple manufacturing sites and revenue streams. Key Job Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the business unit and horizontal support functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, strategy, and aftermarket, to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances. Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including capital investments, new product launches, and market expansion. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in building process, financial models, and analysis tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BPC and PowerBI preferred. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
