Description

Location: Carmel, IN Hybrid- must be in the office at least 3 days a week.

In one year as the Third-Party Risk Analyst, you will know you were successful if you:



  • Worked with internal and external stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Developed and maintained policies, procedures, tools, and templates to manage third-party risk.
  • Stayed updated on third-party risk management trends and recommend process enhancements.
  • Monitored, tracked, and resolved issues and risks from third-party relationships, collaborating with Supply Management, Vendor Management, and other experts.
  • Provided data analysis and reporting on third-party risk, evaluating assessments, and recommending solutions.
  • Developed and executed communication plans for the Third-Party Risk Program.
  • Developed and delivered training and education for the organization's Third-Party Risk Program.
  • Participated in strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Provided evidence and reports for audits related to third-party procurement processes.


We are looking for someone who possesses the following:



  • Bachelor's Degree: In Supply Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 4 years in a relevant domain.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field. Experience in the energy sector is preferred.


Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
