Position Title: Lead Electrical Controls Engineer

Location: Racine, WI

Salary: Up to $110,000

Lead Electrical Controls Engineer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial design to building and testing prototypes

- Develop electrical control systems using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) from Siemens and Allen-Bradley

- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and field service engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems

- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing and field implementation of your designs

- Participate in customer presentations and project quoting (potential future responsibility)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role

- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley preferred)

- Familiarity with SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD Electrical (training offered for AutoCAD Electrical experience)

- Strong understanding of electrical control systems and instrumentation (measuring forces, torques, and temperatures)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- US Citizenship preferred (ITAR compliance)

- Minimal travel required
