Within the department of Tech Dining, the Assistant Manager is responsible for managing individually assigned day-to-day operations of a specific dining concept(s). Responsibilities include directing a staff of food service workers to ensure day-to-day objectives are consistently met and standards are maintained to ensure the best campus dining program possible.
