Validation engineer - QA Engineer (Performance) III (34013697)
In this role you will be responsible for setting up and running data gathering and performance tests on
client and third-party hardware. Put your creativity, hardware background, programming, and problem
solving skills to the test in a fast-paced environment.
Description:
* Set up tests in lab, including development boards and standard bench-top lab equipment.
* Characterize and validate electrical systems in product applications.
* Document, analyze, and communicate test issues and processes.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience with hands-on test execution, characterization, and validation of electrical systems.
* Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering and test automation.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency with basic lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and function generators.
* Ability to run Python scripts.
* Working knowledge of macOS, Numbers, Pages, Keynote and Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Meticulous organizational skills.
* Ability to work with client engineering teams to root-cause failures.
Additional Requirements:
* Familiarity with Clients products is an advantage.
* Might need to move equipment up to 50 kg.
