Woodbury Estates, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Memory Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

Woodbury Estates are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Full time, 12:00-8:00, including rotating weekends
Wage: $21-$24 per hour

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Memory Care Coordinators becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident in a Memory Care Suite. Duties include:



  • Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites.
  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
  • Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters,


networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building.



  • Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following:

    • Care conferences
    • QAPI
    • Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Professional experience in programming and management in a Memory Care Environment of at least 2 years
  • Either:

    • Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or activities related field or
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
