Daikin Applied is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will be part of the existing development team for implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for enhancement work on the Salesforce platform that meet specific business requirements and other daily operations. Also, you are responsible for integrating Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required. Location: Plymouth, MN - On-site

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain custom code/ enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and other technologies
• Create technical documentations for example - user guides, release notes and design documents
• Work collaboratively with enhancement teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate'S degree plus 3 to 5 years of Technology related experience
• 3+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows
• Experience using Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
