Overview NaphCare is hiring experienced Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians, Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs/EMTs), or Paramedics and QMAPS just like you at the Mesa County Detention Center located in Grand Junction, CO. Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN shifts are available. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability. Pay rates range from $23.75-$28.50 per hour based on type of license, certification, Shift, FT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, licensure, and experience.
