Integrative Medicine Patient Education Fellow

The Integrative Medicine Patient Education Fellow will report to the Education Pillar Lead in the Integrative Medicine Collaborative.

You will provide integrative medicine patient education to the general patient population to optimize their "whole health." You will create a foundational whole health framework that can be applied to the general patient population while creating opportunities for specifications for certain medical conditions.

Salary range: $29/hourly

Contract may convert to career.

• Integrative Medicine Patient Education Fellows are required to have a completed Bachelor's Degree
• Greater than 1 year of patient care and education integrative medicine experience is required
• Previous education and experience engaging with a number of integrative therapies including, but not limited to: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, movement/somatic therapy and more
• Experience working with adults in a social service or patient care setting is required
• Experience coaching or providing supportive services for adults in social service or healthcare settings is highly desired
• Skill in assessment and intervention planning for adults' psychosocial health must be demonstrated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and relationship building skills are required.
• Must have advanced computer knowledge and word processing, excel, and powerpoint skills
