Job Summary Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders.Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Certified by American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) when meets eligibility requirements. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants. #indeed Qualifications: MLD - Master's Level Degree: Speech Pathology (Required) Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NCBOESLPA), SpeechLanguage Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - Other/National, Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)Skills Sentara Healthcare prides itself on the diversity and inclusiveness of its close to an almost 30,000-member workforce.
