We're looking for a Rep Payee Specialist to join our team!

Reporting to the Manager of Rep Payee Services, you'll be responsible for processing data to develop accurate financial information to safeguard the funds of the people we serve.

What you'll do in this role:



  • Prepare first reviews of MyFinance packets that include but are not limited to completing and reviewing checking, savings, debit accounts, completing monthly checklists, and missing items spreadsheet to ensure all deposits are recorded accurately
  • Communicate any missing or inappropriate information from monthly reviews to finance business partners
  • Ensure reimbursement to Mosaic is processed timely and receipts are present
  • Complete daily tasks for rep payee services, including but not limited to printing checks, recording transactions, deposits, and other functions according to policies and procedures

Requirements

Ideally, you should have:




  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience
  • A curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices, bank reconciliations, and auditing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Great to have but not dealbreakers:



  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping is preferred but not required
