Responsibilities

We're looking for an IA/UX Design Lead - to drive creative output across all of our web design and build projects. You will help clients develop vision and goals for each project and translate that vision into a solid information architecture and user experience. You will work with copywriters to develop content outlines, walk clients through wireframes, and interpret client feedback to all deliverables and have the ability to clearly articulate back to team. Having PR or advertising agency experience is a plus. Experience in the healthcare/pharm industry is also helpful. You will be integral in the overall web design and development process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience creating mid to large scale corporate and campaign websites
• Excellence at designing a brand experience across multiple channels, including web and mobile
• Experience designing for healthcare and pharma
• Direct client (including c-suite) interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction and present designs and concepts.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, MS Office Suite are your go-to tools
• Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs To Be Done theory and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs.
• Knowledge of Service Design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
• You are able to motivate, support and understand your team. You can easily work with everyone from designers, copywriters to tech developers to our digital strategists.
• You can provide expert knowledge of traditional creative, social activations and digital deliverables and capabilities and processes within a creative studio.
• You will be hands-on web life-cycle, from strategy to user experience and must have a high level understanding of user experience, front-end, and server-side technologies, SEO and the ability to speak to them.
• You have a high level understanding of SEO and ability to speak to it.
• You have proven experience identifying and implementing solutions for improving client and team delivery processes. You have agency experience, love managing challenging deadlines (and clients).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $75 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
