Description: NSI requires a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to support a potential upcoming contract with PMA 280 Program Office. The Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management analyst will support the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, CDRLs, and APB agreements. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: MS or MA degree preferred.

Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Minimum of six (6) years' work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Experience: At least 10 years' experience supporting the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, CDRLs, and APB agreements.

Desired Experience: Experience supporting and drafting program milestones related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
