Answer inbound calls, emails and online requests from a variety of geographically dispersed facilities and provide exceptional customer service to the client.
Research required information using available resources
Complete data entry using multiple work request applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Adhere to business unit specified client driven standards
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
Maintain ownership of calls, including follow-ups with escalation team
Adhere to telephony queue time data to maximize productivity
Provide accurate, timely client work orders which result in highly satisfied customers

Schedule:
Part-time Friday-Sunday 12:00am- 8:00am
$21.00/hourly
