The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to work at our facility in Muscatine, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment.

• Trouble shooting
• Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
• Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
• Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
• Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process
• Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer
• Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
• Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
• Works overtime as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Frequent standing & walking required

• Computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets
• Certified in LOTO
• Work as a team member to solve problems
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Technical schooling/training preferred
