Genesis10 is seeking a Generative AI Developer Consultant for a contract to hire position with a financial services client located in New York, NY. This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite 2-3 days per week minimum. Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing innovative applications using generative AI technologies. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that leverage AI to transform user experiences. Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable applications utilizing generative AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications. Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms to improve performance and accuracy. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and tools. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Experience with LangChain and similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with OpenAI API or equivalent LLM APIs. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Experience with API development and integration.
