SUMMARY

This role is supporting the transactional responsibilities for daily processing of complex transactions supporting payments to the suppliers. This includes analyzing and problem solving to resolve accounts payable discrepancies including but not limited to: supplier invoicing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process enterprise transactions in a timely and quality manner, consistent with company policies, practices and processes.
• Performs complex problem solving and executes resolution for any discrepancies, missing information, missing policy approvals, etc. Includes system generated discrepancy management from our suppliers.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with members of management and analysts to resolve any unprocessed, unique transactions or to resolve discrepancies. Understands basic accounting transactions and can solve simple accounting transactional processing issues.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in Accounting of Finance ;
• Without a degree must have a minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of combined 3 years' experience in Accounting, Customer Service and Invoicing with experience in best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
