What this job involves -

JLL is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Meeting Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events for our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your day to day:

Coordinate and set up meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly equipped and prepared for scheduled events
Manage audiovisual equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Greet and assist meeting attendees, providing directions and addressing any immediate needs
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and restocked with supplies before and after each use
Provide technical support for virtual and hybrid meetings, including video conferencing setup
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of larger events and conferences
Maintain inventory of meeting supplies and equipment
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to meeting services as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for scheduling
Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and video conferencing platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours for special events

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Comfortable with light physical work, including room setup and equipment handling
