Position Title: CNC Lathe Machinist
Wage: $25-$28/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am-3pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for a company in Richfield, WI. CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Setup and operate CNC lathe according to work order and blueprint specifications, using necessary fixtures and tooling - Read the work order data and operate the CNC lathe accordingly - Inspect parts per print specifications and inspection intervals determined by the Quality Department - Ensure accurate part counts during machining - Follow standard work processes and carry out responsibilities in a safe manner CNC Lathe Machinist Requirements: - Highly motivated - Quality minded - Basic math ability - Basic measuring ability using calipers and micrometers - Good attendance - Ability to work standing and/or sitting - Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50lbs - CNC lathe operation with 2-3 years machining experience - Ability to read and interpret product drawings - CNC programming knowledge helpful - Experience with programming and editing programs, DMG, Mori-seiki and Mori-seiki machines - Experience with live tooling Benefits: This company offers excellent wages and comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and 401(k) with employer match up to 4%.
