The Director of Environmental Health and Safety will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental compliance within our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations specific to manufacturing. Develop and implement comprehensive EHS training programs tailored for manufacturing operations. Conduct hazard analyses and establish safety protocols to protect our workforce. Audit safety programs for compliance with company standards and manufacturing regulations. Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures to enhance workplace safety. Oversee all locations to ensure adherence to EHS standards and best practices across our manufacturing sites. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Professional certification in EHS is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Proficient in creating compliance records and reports.
