We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. As a Principal Product Designer supporting our Project Management solution space, you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. You will focus on designing innovative experiences in our Schedule product, while also increasing the quality of our experiences across the entire Project Management product portfolio. You'll shape our products by understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive designs, validating them frequently during their path from concept to polished product. Use your design, research, and data analysis skills to create world-class project management experiences for the construction industry. This position reports into the Senior Director, Product Design on Project Execution and will be based in our Austin, Texas office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Base Pay Range $185,800 - $255,475. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
