Salary: $36-$45 an hour depending on experience

Schedule: 3 12-hour days or 4 10-hour days, every 3rd weekend rotation

You will find autonomy to practice your craft at max capacity for your licensure/certification while being fully supported by our nurses, advanced practice practitioners, physicians, and support staff. We work together to ensure a harmonious approach to meeting the diverse health needs of our members. You will have cutting-edge equipment at your fingertips for point-of-care diagnostics while providing quality, compassionate care to our members. You will work as part of a team with a longitudinal relationship for a more complete picture of the members you serve.

Qualifications

Education

• A valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a human-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant healthcare technology platforms.
• Valid Driver's License
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) desirable.
• Experience working in community-based healthcare or mobile integrated healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of local resources, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements in Minnesota.
