Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location(s): New York, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilites:


  • Collaborate with and across agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. You will be responsible to design, build and maintain critical full stack applications and services supporting large distributed systems within the Card Acquisitions line of business.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers and technical leads, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
  • Utilize programming languages like Go lang and/or Javascript, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS serverless architecture, Fargate, Lambda, other AWS tools and services
  • Microservices architecture and REST APIs.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience with developing and supporting full stack applications using React, NodeJS
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing Microservices Architecture and REST API using Java or Golang (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS services such as Fargate, Lambda, ECS, IAM etc
  • Previous client experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in building automated tests for software applications using Behave, Cucumber
  • Experienced in cross team collaboration between different teams and leads for intent clarifications, communicating roadblockers and timely delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share Status updates, risks and mitigation plans to the program leadership team
