The HR Labor Relations Manager acts as a business partner to management at our Racine, WI manufacturing plant location. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of employee and labor relations in a unionized facility, a desire to build solid working relationships, and a passion to positively promote the organization's labor relations practices. Responsibilities
Communicates and advises Human Resource Manager, Operations Managers and Supervisors on labor relations issues.
The annual salary for this role is $82,125 - $109,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications The qualified candidate will have:
