Description Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a HHA or CNA to join our growing team! Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN right off highway 36, near the giant snow man and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Polar Ridge Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, passionate, and caring team who assists our residents Age Magnificently. Join our team today! Shifts Available: AMs, 7:00-1:00, including e/o weekend, part time, overnights, including e/o weekend, or E/O weekend only, any shift HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
