Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive D365 F&O Operations Specialist to oversee the operational processes within Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), focusing on production, Bills of Material (BOM), item setup, inventory control, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role also involves driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient use of D365 F&O to support business operations. As a core function, this role will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of operational workflows within D365 F&O. They will play a leading role in ensuring that production processes, inventory management, and warehousing operations are accurately reflected in the system, aligning with business goals. The D365 F&O Operations Specialist will also support the integration of new processes and systems into the existing operational infrastructure. As an adjunct function, they will collaborate with production and operations teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, support data accuracy within the system, and provide training and documentation for end users. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and supporting both technical and non-technical teams in operational improvements.
