This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a hardworking team of diverse, multi-disciplinary engineers, you will be part of the development of radar systems for Blue Origin's lunar spacecraft. You will be part of a team responsible for development and optimization of these RF components from early concepts to product specifications, and to integration with the flight vehicle. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of radar design, modeling, and manufacturing principles. You and your team will develop custom radar component and antenna designs that will enhance our lander navigation system performance by leveraging material properties, geometric constraints, and theoretical system efficiency. This position will report into the Lunar Permanence Navigation team that is responsible for lunar lander guidance, navigation and control system development and delivery.
