Transportation Specialist

NTS is hiring Transportation Specialist in Richmond, VA. The Transportation Specialist will assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center, with a focus on digital imaging and related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 24ft - 26ft Truck
• Load and deliver boxes
• Mail/Shipping
• Document Preparation
• Imaging

Essential Functions:

• Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process
• Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
• Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
• Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer

Physical demands:

• Moving, lifting and loading of boxes
• Loading paper into machines
• Project prep and scan work will require finger dexterity and movement between machines for different types of documents

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license - CDL is preferred but not required
• Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
• Must be able to pass a stringent background check

Pay rate: 19.00 -20.00/hr plus benefits
