II. Major Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrates proficiency in multiple EHRs and is able to clearly document in all systems.
2. Acts as resource person for Department Directors and Unit Educators.
3. Receives and transmits all messages appropriately accurately and professionally to both staff and patients.
4. Uses effective/respectful communication techniques.
5. Supports all new initiatives and projects ensuring tasks are completed on the desired time line.
6. Assists in the collection of data to support staff and patient education.
7. Maintains a calm, open environment that is conducive to a learning environment.

III. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:

Required:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current license by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care provider required upon hire or during orientation.
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required within 6 months of hiring.
