Job Summary: National construction company has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This is a chance to join a private equity backed company expanding rapidly through both M&A and organic growth. The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves developing financial models, forecasting budgets, analyzing financial performance and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager will report to both the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and the CFO. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As a key member of the FP&A team, the senior manager will be involved in all aspects of Pave America's financial analysis, supporting the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling, presentations and providing insights and recommendations to executive team and other key stakeholders.
