Shift: Day, evend, weekend, holiday

Location: Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Southcoast Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician to join our esteemed Urgent Care team. The successful candidate will contribute to our tradition of practice excellence and play a pivotal role in advancing patient care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be qualified to treat a spectrum of illnesses and injuries for pediatric and adult patient population.
  • A broad range of clinical skills is required including GYN exams and minor office procedures including sutures, I&D, reduction and splinting of fractures and dislocations

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
