Admitting Counselor/Reg Clerk (Part-time, PM Shift)

Gundersen Health System is seeking an Admitting/Registration Specialist to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to provide superior customer service to both our internal and external customers regarding demographic information, insurance coverage, pre-certification, and patient responsibility prior to admission or discharge. What's Available:

• .8 FTE (32 hours/week)

• Hours: Monday - Friday, every other weekend, 2:30pm - 11:00pm

• Week 1: Tuesday - Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday - Thursday, Saturday/Sunday

• Department: Urgent Care/Emergency Services

• Location: Onalaska & La Crosse, WI

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1 year experience in a general support or service area, requiring basic occupational knowledge and skills.
