The formal education equivalent of an Associate degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related area; plus, two years of experience in server operations or a related area, or 5 years in related area.

Additional Information:

Knowledge in design, management, and troubleshooting of data center on-premise and hosted servers, virtualization, and network integration. Knowledge of server monitoring tools. Ability to communicate orally and in writing and provide assistance in resolving technical issues. Ability to read and comprehend technical documents to resolve problems.
