Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to work full time May - December 2025 in our St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you will gain engineering experience by working closely with experienced engineers on oil and gas pipeline, pumping / compressor stations, storage facility, and renewable energy projects.
Job Activities:


  • Concept through final design of pipelines and related facilities
  • Mechanical integrity: in-line inspection, rehabilitation, and hydro-static pressure testing
  • Construction documents and administration
  • Cost estimating
  • Material specifications
  • General project and office support


Specific Requirements include:


  • Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum
  • Willing to work full-time during the spring semester and summer from January 2025 - August 2025
  • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license
