Seal & Shelter Assembler *Shift: 2nd, (4pm-12:30am)* *Pay: $18.25/hr. (Based on Experience)* Join us as a Seal & Shelter Assembler working 2nd shift, responsible for assembling rigid and padded seal and shelter products. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires teamwork, physical stamina, and attention to detail. Job Description: Review daily production schedules and job cards for product type and quantity Prepare and apply foam padding and covers using brush or spray gluing Stretch, nail, or staple covers to foam-covered boards Assemble seals, attach hardware kits to boards, and cut aluminum pipe using chop saw; handle pull rope systems, screw eyes, pulleys Fabricate wood frames for shelters, add metal corners, and fit fiberglass Drill holes, attach pullrope systems, prepare packaging kits, and choose appropriate box sizes Insert spacers, labels, serial tags, and record serial/model numbers Handle cutting, boxing materials, bagging, staging or loading finished products Maintain safety, operational order, housekeeping standards; support general production tasks as needed
