AP Accountant / Finance Analyst

Telemecanique Sensors, a YAGEO company, has more than 90 years of expertise and is recognized as a worldwide specialist in the field of sensors. We cover the wide environment of sensors from electro-mechanic to electronic products and from detection to identification and distance measurement. We are currently seeking a AP Accountant / Financial Analyst in our Dayton, Ohio location to manage plant controlling and back-office finance operations for North America.

Main responsibilities:

50% Accountants Payable

    • Invoice Receipt and Scanning to system.
    • Invoice & Credit Note Processing to SAP
    • Handle vendor queries.
    • Employees expense accounting
    • Vendor Reconciliation
    • GR IR Reconciliation
    • Fixed Assets accounting and management
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  

50% Plant Analyst

  • 
    
    
    
    • Partnering with Plant Operations team for day to day administration
    • Assist Plant manager to achieve financial goals
    • Assist in Finance book closing and reporting
    • Ad hoc reporting and Plant variance analysis
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

    • 1 - 3 years of AP and manufacturing finance experience
    • Excellent communication
