SUMMARY Beginning-level job in testing, quality, engineering or other technical area. Work may be in a laboratory, test area, product documentation, manufacturing area, or pilot plant requiring some judgment in determining work methods, performing less complicated tests and recording data. Builds and tests mechanical models or product assemblies, and performs related duties requiring knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality and/or laboratory techniques and use of standard test instruments. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
