Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The candidate is seeking an experienced FPGA design and verification engineer.
  • These are backfill positions to pick up existing tasking from another FPGA engineer which needs.
  • Develops, designs, verifies, and documents Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) development.
  • Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
  • Assignments include the analysis of all aspects from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power utilization.
  • Typically uses specialized equipment to establish operation data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
  • Support Circuit card designer with trade studies.
  • Develop and release design requirement specifications for products.
  • Support of the production environment in debugging and troubleshooting FPGA-related issues in a production environment will be a critical component of this particular role.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $87.74 /hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: Temp (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Embedded Systems, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in HDLBASE, Code documentation, and processing, Hardware, Programming, Simulation
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in FPGA design and verification.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in UVM and system Verilog.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in integrating FPGA solutions on hardware and design validation including simulation validation.
  • Minimum 4 years of design and verification experience including hardware integration.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Matlab / Simulink FPGA design (HDLCoder / SystemGenerator) or High-Level Synthesis (HLS) design experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Systems, Configuration Management, Simulink, Systems Analysis & Design.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Analysis and Synthesis
  • Ability to learn and pick up existing design and support quickly.
