Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor has made a significant investment in its industry leading DOOH RTB product set. With over seven successful years in market for our private marketplace and open exchange solutions, we are looking to further evolve our offerings across the RTB and automated ecosystem. The Manager, Programmatic Partnerships is responsible for maintaining key platform and channel partnerships that support our products and accelerate our Go-to-Market strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivates & leads partnership engagement with key pDOOH DSP and SSP partners to amplify in-market adoption.
  • Identifies and develops partnerships in new territories that can be accretive to our current programmatic revenue footprint (i.e., retail media, connected TV).
  • Conducts market research to assess programmatic marketplace opportunities and drive partner pipeline development.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in platform/channel partner capability sets, educates internal stakeholders.
  • Liaises between Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and other functions to holistically address the needs of current key partners and scale up the relationships.
  • Supports Sales and Account Management teams in their partner engagement to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Programmatic Product and Account Management teams to optimize programmatic partner yield.
  • Works with the GM of Programmatic, Product Marketing and Sales on developing Go-to-Market strategies to drive business adoption across key partnerships.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • Five (5) + years of experience in business development or digital partnership management.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in an ad tech role (DSP, SSP, DMP, publisher, data company).
  • Experience with pipeline management, contract management/negotiation, GTM development preferred.
  • Experience with DOOH SSPs like Vistar Media, Broadsign, Place Exchange, VIOOH, etc. preferred.

Skills

  • An understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic (RTB / DSPs / SSPs / automation) and prevalent ad serving and supply-side programmatic platforms, such as Google DCM/GAM, Magnite, Index Exchange as well as omnichannel DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, etc.
  • Deep understanding of digital media trends like retail media, video evolution/CTV, data & privacy.
  • Solid understanding of relevant ad campaign metrics (foot traffic, reach frequency, tune-in, etc.).
  • Advanced technology skills and well-versed in JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce, and Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Other Requirements

  • Able to travel outside of the office 20% of the time for client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events.

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

New York City Salary Range: $140,000 to $150,000
