Summary

Sells technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations.? Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.? Brings on new business, hits sales quotas, and embraces the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.

What you will do:



  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities by networking with assigned clients and Henry Schein Dental field representatives and turning them into long term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.


Qualifications

Must have:



  • One to three years proven experience as an Account Executive or global equivalent, or in other sales / customer support role.
  • Great active listening skills and the ability to uncover opportunities.
  • Excellent communications / presentations skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Phenomenal customer service and engagement skills.
  • High comfort level presenting using virtual technology tools.
  • Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
  • Internal motivation and the ability to meet assigned sales goals.
  • Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities and multi-tasking.
  • Technological savviness and the ability to learn new concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.


Nice to have



  • Knowledge of Henry Schein One software portfolio.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions.


The posted range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 50/50 commission target.
