As a Technician Sanitization 3rd Shift supporting our Sterile Team, you will be trusted to prepare line/equipment to fill aseptic products, in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., cGxP, SOPs) at Fort Worth, Texas in US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitize fill suites and ancillary areas, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc.) Strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Resolve and/or report all discrepancies immediately.
  • Prepare line/equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surfaces.
  • Prepare fill room and sanitization materials for sterilization (e.g., filters, fill room equipment, sanitization equipment).
  • Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor aseptic problems with line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed. Work with QA on product quality issues & compliance activities.
  • Plan work activities in accordance with production schedule, and shifting priorities.
  • Verify production schedule to resolve and adjust activities according to production priorities. Be flexible with respect to assignments, work schedules interfaces.
  • Ensure that materials needed for production runs are available.
  • Collaborate with coworkers, other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work, meet business objectives and improve team capability.
  • Exchange accurate and complete information regarding production with supervisor, other shifts, and other departments. Share knowledge and experience with co-workers to develop team's overall capability. Sponsor/train new co-workers.
  • Work with Materials and Quality Control to ensure efficient flow of materials & products, proper technique as well as good aseptic technique.
  • Safety/Housekeeping - Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions. Follow department & company safety guidelines. Perform duties in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Adhere to garbing requirements in accordance with SOPs. Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines at all times. Participate in site safety programs. Perform major cleaning of aseptic areas and routine cleaning on line/equipment & work areas. Identify & report safety hazards or unsafe behavior.



Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • Work hours: Monday through Friday: 10:00pm - 6:30am
