Engineer - Leadership Development Rotational Program

What We're Looking For: We're excited to welcome recent college graduates into our Atkore Leadership Development Program (ALDP)! This two-year rotational program is designed for dynamic Engineers who thrive in team environments, are passionate about leadership, and want to make a real impact. If you're eager to dive into exciting projects and develop your business and technical skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The annual salary for this position is $75,000 plus a sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do:



  • Innovate and Lead: Get hands-on experience by developing and refining processes, contributing to new product designs, and implementing cutting-edge Lean principles.
  • Solve Problems: Use your problem-solving skills to tackle and resolve ongoing challenges, ensuring high-quality and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Drive Improvement: Support projects aimed at reducing costs and improving processes using tools like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Engage in Meaningful Projects: From creating a mobile showroom to expanding facilities and launching new product lines, you'll work on impactful projects that shape our future.


What You'll Bring:



  • Engineering Degree: Expected to graduate by Spring 2025.
  • Leadership Experience: Some experience in leadership roles, from internships or extracurricular activities.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to relocate to 2 different U.S. locations during the program.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.


Your Journey with Us:



  • Within 6 Months: Get immersed in Atkore's culture and business system, lead value-added projects, and understand how your role contributes to our success.
  • Within 12 Months: Present your achievements to senior leaders, complete your first rotation, and transition into your second rotation.
  • Within 24 Months: Benefit from mentorship by senior leaders, present your second rotation projects to top executives, and align with a promotable career track such as operations leadership, product management, technical sales, or process engineering.
  • After 24 Months: Transition into a full-time leadership position, with a clear path to further growth, and act as an advisor to new program participants.
