Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technology Solutions Analyst to support a potential contract to support the Navy International Program Office. The Journeyman FMS Technology Solutions Analyst will provide Navy IPO the technology solutions' support to Security Cooperation systems, by assessing enterprise-wide SC systems and processes to enhance and streamline business processes. Support DoN and DoD security cooperation, security assistance and foreign military sales assessments, staff organization, and administrative requirements. Provide business system expertise and routinely using and working in systems to understand system interfaces. Identify sources of friction or barriers and providing timely recommendations to management through continuous process improvement. Provide advice, analysis, counsel, coordination, and preparing technical papers regarding strategic goals, protocol issues, meetings and symposiums, and conferences. Support technology solutions related data calls. Developing various reports and presentations for meetings. Annotate such efforts in monthly report. Attend and maintain minutes for FMS enterprise activities and high-level meetings for IPO-230.
Location: Washington D.C. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Allowable Substitution: Five additional years' experience can offset the Bachelor's Degree requirement (total of 15 years of relevant experience). Experience: Five (5) years' relevant experience in areas and assignments such as support in the development and modernization of technology systems, automation of processes, assessing enterprise-wide systems and processes to enhance and streamline business processes. Experience with technology solutions related calls, creation of technical papers regarding strategic goals and protocol issues. Ability to identify sources of friction or barriers through continuous process improvement, and experience providing timely recommendations to management including support in the development and modernization SC systems, automation of SC processes and knowledge management. Preferred Experience: Preferred analytic background, able to synthesize and make assessments regarding trends and recommend actions from thorough analysis. A general understanding of FMS programs and roles and functions of the DoD SA/FMS process is desired. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
